Can I cancel my order?
Please reach out within 24 hours after your order is placed, and we will do our very best to cancel the production of your order. All of our products are made-to-order, so we are unable to cancel orders after the 24-hour period.
How soon can I receive my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the US and most of Europe will take 5-8 business days to be produced and 2-6 to arrive when using basic shipping.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days for basic shipping.
If you live on some island in the middle of nowhere, you already know that shipping to you specifically takes a long ass time.
